Nicol Roldan, founder of Diamond Empowered Staffing

Master Sergeant (Ret.) Nicol Roldan honorably served in the United States Air Force, culminating her military career as the Security Manager for the 6th Medical Group at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. In this leadership role, she was responsible for overseeing security measures affecting the hospital’s assets and patient care, while also mentoring Airmen and ensuring mission readiness. In addition to her primary duties, she served as the Executive Administrator to the Medical Group Commander and five squadron commanders, providing high-level support in leadership operations and strategic coordination. She also performed additional duty as First Sergeant, directly supporting approximately 700 Airmen across the medical group with discipline, morale, and welfare guidance.

Nicol’s exemplary service earned her numerous awards and honors, including the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal with one oak leaf cluster, the Air Force Commendation Medal with two oak leaf clusters, the Air Force Achievement Medal, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, and the NATO Medal. She was also recognized as the 2006 NCO of the Year, the recipient of the 2015 Martin Luther King Jr. Humanitarian Award, and the 2016 SNCO of the Year for the 6th Medical Group Staff.
